The Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area (CALA) Heritage Culturalist Program is a volunteer ambassador program that increases understanding and knowledge of the general history of Larimer and Weld Counties as it relates to the river and Western Water Law. Training in oral/written interpretation techniques encourage volunteers to make a difference in preserving history through documentation and sharing the CALA with the public.
